You can purchase our products directly here on the website or through our partners and authorized veterinary stores throughout Brazil and the world.
What payment methods are available?
We accept credit cards, Pix (Brazil's instant payment system), and bank slips (boleto bancário). Payment confirmation may take up to 48 hours in the case of bank slips.
How do I track my order?
After payment confirmation, you will receive a tracking code via email to follow your delivery. You can also access the "My Orders" area using your login.

Which regions do you deliver to?
We ship throughout Brazil via carriers and the postal service. For international shippment, contact us through our email commex@petmed.com.br.

How do I exchange or return a product?
You have up to 7 calendar days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return. Simply contact our customer service department with your order number and the reason for your request.

Pet Med Protective and Post-Surgical Clothing and Limb Protectors offer UV 50+ protection, contributing to greater safety during use. However, not all products have this technology. Always check the information on the packaging or in the product description before use.
