In the Pet Med Club Loyalty Program , "Pets" were created to reward your loyalty when choosing our products. With it, your purchases earn points that can be redeemed for free products. To participate, you just need to buy and accumulate points.

Your customer number is your Program number.

All points will be awarded upon order completion and available for redemption on the next order. Late payments will freeze the granting of the benefit, regardless of the number of Pets accumulated, until the debts are settled.

2. This program is not valid for distributor customers, megastores, third-party customers, end customers, and other customers who already have special conditions. It is only for Pet Med's direct customers. It is also not valid for distributors, megastores, representatives, and any other customer who buys for resale and/or already has some type of discount and/or bonus.
3. In the Pet Med Club Loyalty Program, every real spent is worth one point, which we call Pet's.
4. Points will be awarded upon completion of each order.
5. The request to redeem points to purchase bonus products must be made when customers have enough points, indicating the number of points they wish to use for redemption. The minimum redemption amount is 500 Pet's. Check available colors, sizes, and models for redemption.
6. The program does not include fees, shipping, taxes, and extras, which must be paid separately.
7. In the Loyalty Program, product redemption is personal and non-transferable, and will be granted to the owner of the registered CPF/CNPJ (Brazilian individual/company tax ID).
8. Transferring or combining points earned with any other program participant will not be permitted.
9. The sale of Loyalty Program points is not permitted. Only Pet Med, through its employees, is responsible for issuing points and redeeming them in the computerized control system.
10. Points will not be awarded for orders placed before the start of the campaign and before registering your Pet Med loyalty number.
11. Points not used within 1 year and 6 months (18 months) of the date of granting will be automatically cancelled by the system.
12. Only points from the Pet's Loyalty Program, according to the rules mentioned here and administered by Pet Med at the time of redemption, can be redeemed. The program has an indefinite end date.
